It turns out most people who live round here are currently ill with one thing or another :shock:
I blame the Alien Invasion of Fat Cell Microbes, not only pumping us up with surplus watery fat cells but knocking out our immune systems to let in cold/flu/bad back germs :shock:
Where will it all end (as my OH is often dramatically heard to declaim)? :shock:

Oh I have the nose bleed of all nosebleeds. No apparent reason. Why oh why?

So sorry @PennyForthem about yr heavy nosebleed x hope its stopped and youre now sleeping peacefully
You need to keep an eye on yr iron levels - the nosebleeds could make you a bit anaemic?
As for me,am over in the Insomnia Torture Tent gloomily gazing into the campfire flames..

It's my 2nd fast day today, hope l can do better than l did on Monday.

Got caught in the driving rain and wind when out for my walk this morning, thank heavens for the Rayburn.

Ready for a nice bowl of carrot and curry soup, first meal today.

This sassy senior just had the best night as new teacher with a spirited class. Really enjoyed the night and hope the next 18 sessions are as wonderful and that my not as young brain have many light build moments to help me set up some cracker lesson plans and content

@Sue.Q am so glad your award was found, it did disturb me it went missing and now am so very pleased it is back in its rightful place :like: :like: :like: :like: j :like:

Penny, so sorry about the nosebleeds. Does the doc have any answers for you? A couple of years ago I had to have a blood vessel in the nose cauterized to stop nosebleeds. Not a pleasant procedure, but it worked!
