First you'd have to get her away from a very protective mum and three aunties who all stand round tickling her with their trunks at the barest squeak!
Do go see her, it's a joy :0)

I decided I'd better stop when we were 8-8 so he kicked it in the goal a couple of times as I walked away to ensure his win - boys!

Drank a milky large hot chocolate drink while out today ... Massive reaction had me running to two nearest loos ... Should be a lot lighter now ... Sorry TMI ... Never had a bad milk reaction before but I haven't been having milk except as yogurt and cheese recently. Weird eh?

Seem to be thank you. Ate mackeral, salad and new potatoes for dinner and so far so good. I'm unsure whether to eat a yogurt until tomorrow though. Deary me. May have to have a tiny piece of 85% choc instead :0)

Made some bread rolls with 100g each of DovesFarm gluten free bread flour/ground almonds/milled flaxseed that are ok but I think I may reduce the flaxseed to 50g and up the bread flour to 150g (I've experimented with the ground almonds and this seems the right amount). I've also (post rolls) learned about double rise baking powder so bought some GF corn flour to add to the baking soda and cream of tartar next time, see if it gives more oven rise.
Anyone know of any other gluten free flour I can try?

Now that I'm older here's what I've discovered:

1. I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it.

2. My wild oats are mostly enjoyed with prunes and all-bran.

3. I finally got my head together, and now my body is falling apart.

4. Funny, I don't remember being absent-minded.

5. Funny, I don't remember being absent-minded.

6. If all is not lost, then where the heck is it ?

7. It was a whole lot easier to get older, than to get wiser.

8. Some days, you're the top dog, some days you're the hydrant.

9. I wish the buck really did stop here, I sure could use a few of them.

10. Kids in the back seat cause accidents.

11. Accidents in the back seat cause kids.

12. It's hard to make a comeback when you haven't been anywhere.

13. The world only beats a path to your door when you're in the bathroom.

14. If God wanted me to touch my toes, he'd have put them on my knees.

15. When I'm finally holding all the right cards, everyone wants to play chess.

16. It's not hard to meet expenses . . .they're everywhere.

17. The only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth.

18. These days, I spend a lot of time thinking about the hereafter . . .I go somewhere to get something, and then wonder what I'm "here after".

19. Funny, I don't remember being absent-minded.

20. HAVE I SENT THIS MESSAGE TO YOU BEFORE?

Azureblue - can I join too? Heading for my 62nd birthday and determined to get healthier as I get older, on the basis that if I'm getting wiser then I shouldn't be stupid enough to eat the rubbish I've been scoffing for years!

Of course you can, and welcome!
I'm having a busy grandchildren week so in and out and about. Pull up a comfy chair and a cup of lemon & ginger tea (but remember to jump up for five minutes of fast exercise every twenty minutes).
Hahahahaha!
