Just popping my head in here to say hi to the SS. anyone been watching True Detective on sky Atlantic? Matthew Mconnaghy and Woody Harrelson. Fab acting and production values. Good eye candy too.

Lovely picture of some I bought yesterday, thank you CM!
No Sky here either but looking forward to the new offering on BBC4 next Saturday at 9pm, it's Inspector De Luca, another Italian cop set post WWII I think. Always love a bit of subtitled Italian, so much more hot blooded than the Scandi/Belgium offerings (though they are gripping in their way, I love the teach-yourself-foreign slot).
I must away, elephants and gorillas and orang utan are calling :0)

My friend is going to take her granddaughters to see the new arrival. We are not far from Twycross, shame we didn't co ordinate, we could have a Zoo meet up, perhaps next time,

Hi SSS members just killing a little time on my fast day when I should be ironing, I have reintroduced my walking back into my life over the last 2 weeks and yesterday's non-fast day I did just over four and half miles today I've done slightly less I've really missed my regular walks and I'm sure that's the reason for stalemate situation with scales so back on track having got our life back together after family "stuff " that had taken over no more its all on the backburner now.
Scales have been relegated to the garage until good Friday and my Easter goal doubtful but no problem now I've got my head in gear too time to kick ass and get on with the small mater of losing another 50 lbs. :clover: Sue

Wow, great idea, though OH tends to do these long journeys a bit on the spur when he feels up to them, but will try to do this :0)
As for the 13 day old little darling welly-elly oh what a gorgeous cutey she is. Just beginning to find her feet and trunk but not completely sure what they are for yet, she ran and scampered and rolled and snoozed, all overseen by her adoring mum and three aunties and a zookeeper too. Definite must see for everyone.
Also, Lope the one year old gorilla boy is full of life and fun, and Molly, the three year old orang utan was play fighting with her enormous shaggy dad, and a young siamang was playing all day on the ropes! Lots of school groups of varying ages enjoying it all made for a lovely busy day. I have walked 6535 steps today, bit tired now!
