For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Haha I'm getting to that stage now! Trying to last as long as possible before eating and grumpily texting my boyfriend. I think one of the problems is I've been in all day and have therefore been thinking only of what I'm depriving myself of.

Luckily my boyfriend and I are long-distance but I'll warn my housemates. :wink: Good to hear that it passes! I hope your 5:2 experience is going well, sounds like it is!
My first day too, going ok so far, definitely got a bit of the light headed feeling :bugeyes: , but for me it is hard to distinguish from my usual symptoms anyway. I'm at home on my own, but I'm suspecting that when I have to deal with other people, I may find myself a little grumpy! :curse: Hope the rest of your day goes well.

It happens to me all the time, fasting or not! :grin:
Lol, me too TML13, I'm just slightly worried that it'll be worse today because of eating less and I won't be able to restrain myself from snapping someone's head off! :shock:
