Monthly Weigh-Ins

71 posts Page 4 of 5
I have been hovering around 99.2kg - 100.2kg for the last month. However I have lost 1cm all over from my hips to my 'cankles'
Down 8kg since I started this WoE on 6th May.

Never has losing weight been this good for me mentally. No beating myself up for falling off the wagon. No guilt. No wanting to give up. No thinking Why can others lose weight and not me?

I can do this - I AM doing this :)
Some amazing losses recorded here, I'm really impressed!

Sept 5th: 71.9kg, 85cm waist
Oct 4th: 71.2kg, 82cm waist

So a loss of 700g and 3cm from the waist.

I started in June at 78.2kg, so I've lost 7kg overall in the last 4 months.

I'm still completely on track with the fasting days, but I am really letting things slide on the non-fasting days, picking at biscuits and junk all day, too much booze at the weekends. If I'm to make my goal of 69.x by Christmas I need to find some way of rediscovering the motivation I had back in June when I started this WOE.

Good luck to everyone for October!

Dimmit
September weight 111.1 (Plateau)

Only 1.6 lb loss this month but I was having a bit of a post holiday plateau and then big birthday weekend for my sister just gone. Drop in fat % is encouraging. My waist stubbornly remains at 37.5" - I think it is being 'fed' by my spare tyre above!

A yo yo month, but now happily in the 60's for good ( I hope)!

Thank for the stats.
Oh no! Not sure what you want to do with me! I am 175 lbs now. I was 175 lbs on Sep. 1st. But I went down to 170 lbs in mid August and in mid September. So my stats look like I stayed the same, but really I gained 5 lbs! Too much stress eating on feast days!
Start weight 76,6
Target weight 64kg (achieved 10th august)
1st sept 64kg
1st oct 63,3kg

:) :)
Can I join in please. I am new to the forum and just starting this week

previous waist 7th September: 26.6 inches (67.6 cm)
