Only 1.5lbs here for August.

But already 1.5lb in the first week of September, so I must have been on a bit of a plateau.

Yes I've lost 1.5kgs in tha last month or 3.5lbs I think(did a quick conversion in my head for no metric people so it may be wrong. That means 25 lbs lost in 27 weeks and I'm off the dreaded plateau of the 10th kilo which has been a barrier for few months.

I would like to post my stats but am away at the moment - I hope my last weigh-in data from Wednesday Sept 4 acceptable:

Started March 13:
85 kg, 108 cm

August 3:
69.3 kg, 84 cm

September 4:
67.2 kg, 83 cm

Loss in the last month: 2.1 kg, 1 cm
Total loss: 17.8 kg, 25 cm

Needless to say but I'm thrilled at achieving these results in just under six months!

Thank you Caroline.

It helps enormously for us all to come together and see collectively what progress has been made. And, as always on this forum, it's a bit of fun. And that is just as important as the stats part IMHO :victory:

August 5th: 73.4kg
September 7th: 71.6kg

So 1.8kg off this month.

I was on holidays for part of this month and plateaued a bit but have been doing 4:3 for the last 2 weeks and it has given me the necessary kick. But I find it much much harder and much more like a diet than 5:2, which is such a lovely woe. Still, it's good to know it's there if I need it. Just one more week on 4:3, then hubby comes back from his trip and I can go back to the good living and slow losing.

I just started tracking my waist in the middle of August so will wait till the next month to post on that

September data: 71.6kg waist 84cm fat% 33.3
August data: 72.3kg waist 84cm fat% 33.3

gained 0.7kg (good holiday!) No change otherwise

7th Sept 63.7Kg, 85.1cm, 19%.

Maintaining. No particular method.
