August 73.9
Sept 73.7
Loss of 0.2kg (Better than nothing! Looks far more encouraging in pounds. I HATE kilos!)

Waist Aug 72.5cm. Sept 71.2cm Loss of 1.3cm (or half an inch in real money!)

Still seem to be having losses off arms and thighs that don't appear to be reflected in weight loss.

8 Sept: 56kg
4 Aug: 57.7kg
loss of 0.3kg

Waist 8 Sept: 79cm
Waist 4 Aug: 80cm
loss of 1cm (this is the one I am really pleased about as it did seem to creep up mid month and I want to be comfortably below the 50%)
(Fat is 26% and was 27%)
(start weight was 88.9kg in Sept 2012 nearly a year ago; only started measuring waist in March 2013 when it was 89cm).

September 8st4lbs. waist. 32". (Lost 1lb since August) BMI. 22.78

August 8st 5lbs. waist 32".

Start Feb. 8st11lbs. waist. 36". BMI. 24.15

Total Lost since I started is 7lbs. Reached a healthy BMI but then I moved the goal weight down a bit more. Weight is a bit slow due to being away from home a lot, and then I am only 5ft tall. Only 4lbs left to loose, then I will weigh what I did when I was a teenager (long distant memory). I am so happy.

Thank you Caroline for doing all this.

Feel I have done well considering last week's festivities. Weight went right up. Weight going down again, but generally looks like another plateau. But I am happy with 5:2, patiently keeping going, am very near goal. I don't mind how long that takes.(predicted November!)

Looks bad but I have been to a big weekend party and had 2 weeks holiday without fasting since last weigh in so all in all not too bad. Definitely going in the right direction again since last week
