September weigh-in!
05 Sep 2013, 10:58
Yes, it's time for the monthly weigh-in! The official weigh-day is Saturday but for those who can't/don't want to weigh/measure on Saturday you can post early or up until Monday afternoon.

As not everyone weighs and as waist measurement is a better indicator of fat loss, we will declare either or both weight and waist.

Please include: current weight and/or waist and how that has changed since last month (if you have info on your August 3rd weight/waist). Also your starting stats and target stats if you like and any other comment.

Next weigh in will be October 5th.

Apologies to those who missed the August results thread...I didn't do one because a) I was away on holiday and b) in July I got the impression that people weren't bothered about the results as they could get that information from the progress tracker. If you would like me to post results please vote in the poll I've set up. You can choose between no results; some limited results, such as the biggest loser in weight and waist; full results with average loss, total lost by the group plus biggest loser info.

You look so happy on that bike. The picture is priceless. I love bike riding, it makes me absolutely happy after a stressful day at work.

So, if I started on August 19, I can add my September weight as my initial one? Is that how it works?

I reached my target of 10st 7lbs at the beginning of August  but have carried on with 5:2 although have missed a few fasts.

1 Sept weight 66.1kgs waist 76.2cm body fat 34.3%

Starting data:

April 15th - starting weight 318 lb (22 st 10 or 144.2 kg)

August 2nd - 270.6 lb (19 st 4.6 or 122.7 kg)

September 6th - 263.6 lb (18 st 11.6 or 119.5 kg)

Caroline,

I'm going to muck up your statistics. Start of August 58.1, start of September 58.6 so I've gained 0.5k. Two weeks off for family visit this month and I seem to have hit a 58ish kilo plateau since the beginning of May.
