I'll weigh in over the weekend.
Can't believe I'm almost 6 months in.
It's just a way of life now.
Good luck with the weigh ins folks.

A way of life! Exactly! And so easy to reset if you indulge.
May 31/13 weight 68.95 - 152 lb

Start Date Feb 28/13 weight 81.65 - 180 lb

Body fat - don't know
4:3 ish! (I do 'proper' 400-500 cal evening meal only on Mon and Wed, and have ordinary evening meal only on a Friday)

Hmm - same loss as last month for me. Maybe I'm just a thyroxine-taking slower bod, (but this month put me in the healthy BMI range and my GP is happy!)

Thanks for crunching all the numbers, Caroline. :)
Hi all, hasn't it been a lovely day, long may this lovely sunshine last. Salads are always more appetising when the sun's out!

1st weigh in was 4/4/13

Waist. 78.7 cms. (Sounds much less in inches!!)
BMI. 25.23

21/5/13
Weight. 66.22 kg
Waist. 75 cms
BMI. 23.46

Slow but steady progress!

Good lunch everyone. Xx
Oh dear has another month gone by! Will weigh on Sunday because of still trying to get rid of 3 1/2 lbs gained during a week away. :frown:
Start: 05/15/13
weight: 296lb ~ 296 lbs
waist: 52 inches

Last month: 05/03/13
weight: 287lb ~ 287 lbs
waist: 49 inches

Current: 05/31/13
weight 288lb ~ 288 lbs
waist 50 inches

Gain/loss:
weight: 1lb ~ 1 lb. gain
waist: 1 inches gain

So, seems that I am up 1 pound for the month. Sad thing is I had gotten down to 284.6 lbs on 05/17. So I have actually gained about 4 lbs in the last 2 weeks. Waist is the same, but hips are down 1 in. I'll still keep plugging along and see how it ends up.

I'm losing at the rate of 0.689lbs per week now, instead of 1lb like I was before.

Sorry, for some reason the weight converter is not working. Don't know if I have it wrong or what. I've redone it 5 times already. :?:
