Not losing weight?

Help us to help you! Please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
Remember, we're not here to judge, we're here to help.

Well don't mums just take the biscuit! The thing is, if you focus on trying to lose so much weight it feels kind of more about you wanting to please your mum. Time to cut loose and please yourself. I bet you look absolutely gorgeous already and your mum should be massively proud of you xxx
Hi Rachel

Thank you so much for your kind words. Well, I suppose I wanna lose the weight to annoy her so she can't pick on me. Lol.

But regardless, I was in the overweight range and not feeling comfy in my body and clothes. I managed to lose 3 to 4 kgs last month and feel so much better. Will try my best to lose more to get rid of the fat around my tummy. Xx
