I'm up to 174, so I need to recommit right now. I'm on the 7 hour window,,,,with no exceptions....I will report in as much as I can.

OOPSIE @rightonwith those extra kilos. May I ask what you consume during your 7 hour window... both type of food and probable calories. I just know I could pack in the calories in 7 hours. Last night i had too many of my home made Indian bahjis followed by a big slice of banoffee pie, on top of Indian leftover. actually that was just a 2 hour eating window and I had eaten earlier in the day so it wasnt that i was even starving

Strict 4:3 fast this week though to make amends. doing fine already today . only a banana has entered my mouth. only reason i even at that is i had a dental appointment in the morning.

@Juliana.Rivers
Hi Julianna,
Well today was very encouraging for me. I'm glad I've finally gotten serious. I dropped from 174 to 170. Granted some was probably water, but I'll take it. Yesterday I was only hungry for about 1000 calories withing my window. I ate 3 eggs, 1bacon, and chuck steak cooked into beef butter. Very good. My eggs were fried in bacon grease. So about 1000 calories. I don't want to eat over 1500 calories with my new WOE.

What is the 4:3 Way of Eating?
made it through another 17 hour window. Actually this one was 18 and hoping for a drop below 170 for tomorrow.
Hi Me,
I'm back again and ready to rock and roll. My window is 5 to 12 and I'm 176 today.

dec. 16th 2015,,,,176

Hi Me,
Back again! That last time was a false start. Back to the 16/8.
Start date: January 27th 175, January 28th 174. Heading down, good direction so far.
Nice one @Righton, perfect balance! Well done you. Good luck with your new goal. :clover: :heart: :victory:
