Sorry to hear you have been knocked around by tonsillitis, it's never nice, but at least you are on the road to recovery now. Hope the fasting is treating you well, but if your body tells you 'no' listen to it!
I'm glad to hear you're on the mend, @slummy.to.yummy! Take care.

the resident slap about the head with a wet fish is on stand by if that is any use.
Be nice to yourself! If you have had tonsilitis and are on antibiotics, your body is needing TLC. Give it some, get better then turn to mindful eating and fasting. There's plenty of time.
And if you take too long after you are better, the wet fish will oblige ;)
Hope you're feeling better soon but don't rush back into fasting if you're not yet feeling 100%. You can start again next week when you're fully recovered. :)

Good day overall and I even managed a workout for the first time on a fast day so that's good.

I will be back on Sat to report my loss!

Back on track then for the merry month of May...happy fasting @slummy.to.yummy and good luck. :clover:
