Yes...very true.

I have to aim for 450 cal on a fast day now to be 25% of TDEE, but as you say the total calorie reduction is still reduced so it's inevitable that the rate of loss will reduce. If it were just a case of doing the maths it should not happen suddenly though, which is what happened to me. I'm just going to experiment with eating earlier on the day after a fast.
Wow! Amazing!

Very pleased with that. Well done everyone, great job!
Oh my goodness Caroline! I didn't submit my figures! Sorry, I haven't logged in in a while and so missed the date. Sorry! I'll do better next month.
PS - Am I allowed to call you Caroline?! Maybe should have stuck to carorees?
I think the forum etiquette is that if the member reveals their name (like I have), then its ok to use it, pirateship!
How long is the questionnaire going to stay open? I had every intention of completing it but can't till I've been doing this a month, on 17 May.
Probably until after this weekend.
Phew! Forum etiquette abided by!
I'm amazed at all the great effort and time you all put in to keep this forum interesting and up to date.
Thank you!
