Hi anniep . I started at ~192 lbs in March 2013. 9 months later, I was at ~138 lbs. You can do it. Get back on the wagon. I did 4:3, but I think there are plenty here who lost a similar amount doing 5:2. p.s. you look lovely in your avatar picture. I don't think you need to worry about ruining photo...
