Thank you so much Moogie and all of you who helped me out. I am pleased that My tracker shows I can eat a little more than I have been doing so that can't be bad.
That must have been a nice surprise

The tracker tells me the same thing the tracker on my calorie counter tells me, and it is confirmed by my libra app, so my TDEE wasn't news to me. I'm also lucky enough to have quite a high calorie "allowance", which is good, because I can't imagine myself staying away from cheese and chocolate in the long run.
I've been out of the loop, having suggested this, and saw the results today. Thanks Moogie wherever you are at the minute! Fantastic help.

I tell you what, though, the adjusted TDEE is very scary the lower the BMI gets... Might explain a lack of progress, but also makes the fasting even harder. I get irritable enough as it is
