I exercise a lot, really a lot since I got my fitbit at the end of June I log over 90 min of activity a day. Before I was also active but worked out about 40 min 5-6 times a week. I like my carbs, but eat complex carbs- whole wheat, brown rice quinoa etc and I eat lean proteins such as low fat cheese, turkey breast, tuna etc... And lots of veggies. I stay away from baked goods and sugary fatty food.hope this helps.
