A few people I haven't seen for a couple of months have commented on my weight loss now so I guess 6kgs has made a difference although I was quite slim even before I started the diet. I don't want to go below 125lbs (I'm 5'8") mainly because I'm 47 and look too bony!

I am 50 this year, and I don't believe my face looks too gaunt. Nobody has yet commented on my weight loss either. I am smaller, but probably don't look much different. When I went to the doctor in January, my doctor said I had gained five pounds in a year and cautioned me not to let it become a trend. I'm sure my physician would be pleased to see I have lost the weight. I like the way I look, but would like to lose a few more pounds.
