Looking at most of them, I'm not happy. Fasting is in with too many faddish fads!
  Obviously fasting is the coolest thing on this planet  but a vibrating fork, well I'll just end up with the shakes  just don't waste your money ... we are doing it just right
Yes vibrating forks. Apparently it kicks off if you eat too quickly. Weird! The idea of bionic meat grosses me out even if it is supposed to be a solution to world hunger.
I live in one of the healthiest places on earth? Cool!
What's No 39 about? Can't say I've noticed any particularly healthy vibes around town.
OK I confess, I must be extremely "out" cause I didn't get most of the things on that list except for fasting
So when fasting, if I wore my Stella couture threads, took a healthy selfie posted it on instagram whilst doing a dog worshipping the sun pose and juggled a couple of coconuts I'd be cool??
I have indicated my thoughts using the medium of smilies!!!

I fast and I do most of my work standing up, whilst wearing most uncool Sharx (not technologically advanced trainers- perhaps I should?). Unfortunately, the other 48 don't get a look in!!
Well, whether fasting or not, I make a LOT of vegetable soup, and my Vitamix blender is in almost daily use. It is fantastic, and well worth every penny I spent on it three years ago. Soups and purees (and smoothies/shakes I make for the children) are super smooth, super quick. Some soups I can just make in the blender without even getting a pan out. Since homemade vegetable soup is very healthy, I guess that earns the Vitamix its :like: from me.
Erm.. I alsso have a Fitbit... so that's 47, then... (that don't get a look in, though I do make a lot of my own soups)
