As long as you didnt eat it @Chinchin its a fasting day
Nope didn't do that, @Wineoclock, hehe
Getting to the I-could-eat-a-horse-and-chase-the-rider end of the day. Just having a miso soup and then it's outside to pick produce and maybe plant, making use of the rain drenched soil and sunny afternoon. Hang in there friends.
Oh dear, I am feeling the same @Sallyo I am now having a licorice Tea, after having lots of plain water, coffee and tea!
Enjoy the garden.

cheers
Maggie :starving:
SNAP! @Sallyo and @Maggiee. Have been out for most of the day but feeling hungry ALL the time. Nearly thought I would give in at lunchtime as, as a spur of the moment thing, we decided to take our son out to lunch at his local cafe. Luckily for me, it was closed, so we ended up at Maccas(!!), which made it easy for me to just have a black coffee. Having yet another cuppa now (tea) and counting down to dinner time.
Stay strong! :clover:  :clover:
Blimey it's busy in here today! I'm in today after putting all my weight back (and more I'm sure) during my fab holiday in Padstow. Now Im getting back to some serious fasting...DODO fasting
How often do you do Bikram yoga @Pariah? I was thinking of trying it but not sure it's suitable for people with ME/CFS. Just another of life's frustrations.
Hope you have a magical Monday with your beau Candy. Happy Birthday Colo! Enjoy your meal out. I'll be thinking if you whilst supping my water!
Happy non-munching Monday everyone
Morning all in for my regular Monday fast .. its exactly 60 days till I fly to the US so I had better pull my socks up unless I want to find myself in the cargo hold

One heck of a foodie week coming up Girly shopping and Pancake Day tomorrow , Hubbies Birthday on Wednesday and 2nd Birthday dinner for himself on Saturday

Any tips on how to navigate my through that lot and not come out the other side weighing more than baby elephant gratefully received !
I'm in ............ water till dinner time which is lemon sole and veg. Wishing everyone a good fast day :clover:
Hi all,
I fell off the wagon a few months ago, but yesterday I decided I needed to be back on it again.
So today I started a fastday, but it will be a juice fast. I can't stick to the max 500 calories fastdays, because then I will start compensating on feed days. So my weight loss will probably go a bit slower than before, but hopefully I won't feel the need to overcompensate on feed days.
Current weight 62,1 kg.
Interim target weight: 60 kg (I have been here in november, but then I kinda lost control and gained again)
Final target weight: 56 kg
Wish me luck
In today. Hope everyone has a great day. xox
Blimey it's busy today, room for one more? Another DODOer here, good to see you back @Nursebean after your hols. Hopefully you're chilled and ready to get back on it!!
@CandiceMarie Happy Birthday to your beau, enjoy the birthday nibbles !!!!
@Woca good luck having climbed back on the wagon. Infact good luck to everyone fasting today, crashing cars etc.

May the fast be with you x
Thanks @RedrobinId forgotten it was pancake day tomorrow. So glad I decided to fast today. Mmmmm pancakes!
Goodness me it's only 9-25 in the UK & lots of busy people & posts makes me feel very slothful. My usual Monday fast & planning three this week again because my Isle of Wight spa break weight gain has not gone! I'm already really rumbly & it's grey & cloudy in Sussex with rain on the way. I will keep busy with ironing & then slothful sitting working through Latin homework & catching up with my Futurelearn courses that are a brilliant free resource online
Must keep the little old grey cells active
Hurray pancake day tomorrow!!
I'm in today. First week of 5:2 was last week and weighed in this morning to a 4lb loss. yeah. I do realise that some of that would have been from the excesses from the previous overeating and I am not expecting to lose the same every week, but it certainly has given me a boost.
So sorry to hear about your car wineo'clock - don't let it spoil your day.
I've got home made onion soup for lunch and a plate of salad tonight after a good exercise class with kettle bells.
Good luck everyone
