Good morning everybody

Fasting today - I am going to water aerobics this morning and then getting stuck into some domestic chores.
I will probably just have some chicken on a bed of steamed cabbage and spinach for the evening meal tonight.
Have a good one.

cheers
Maggie
Hi Monday fasters. I am fasting today as all Mondays. Off to Bikram yoga in a short time. My scale looked terrifying today after a busy weekend. Good luck :clover:
Yes, I am in for today as usual. Good luck everyone! :clover:
I still have the Christmas excess to lose (not entered in my tracker... :( ) but am struggling to break the pattern of fast/feast/fast etc. I know some strategies I could use, but I am not employing them. Grrrr!!
Quite cool and overcast today after a very warm and lovely day yesterday, after a LOT of rain the day before (much needed). That's summer in Melbourne. :D
Hope your day is a good one. :)
:clover: Hi Fellow Fasters
I'm in for my regular Monday Fast.
By watching what I eat on my non-fast days I seem to be losing a little.I hope to be under 79 kilos when I weigh in tomorrow.
Cheers All

I'm in and also trying to lose Christmas and summer holiday gain like Sassy1. Have booked a 12 day cruise in late September to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary this year so time to get cracking!

Morning fasters, I'm in. I've already taken my old car to the crash repairs to get a new door and a cut and polish to make the car ready to give to DS. It had to be in East Devonport by 8am. I am taking OH to 2 doctors' appointments today. Fish for dinner with a cucumber avocado salad. Overcast here too, but quite warm. I hope the washing will dry.
Hi fellow fasters. Well Ive had a horrible start to the day. Im a bit stressed out about something and that was on my mind whilst backing out of my driveway. Well Boom!!! I hit the stone fence, ugh now I have a nasty looking dent, well big big ding and scrape down the side of my car and a cracked brake light. Still driveable thank goodness but of course now there is the bother of repairs.
Bother Bother Bother!!!
I'm in the Sunday part of my regular Monday 4:3 fast.

More, later :) And, Good Luck to fellow Monday fasters. :clover:

I'm in today. Feeling happy as weight getting back to pre christmas/pre-injury levels. Last week tried 2:30-8:30 eating windows on non-fast days and that seemed to work well, so will continue. Finally saw a physio today who said the ankle is looking pretty good so my getting back to running and doing 6.5k race Sunday is alright. will aim for slow and steady finish.

Good luck all.
can't figure out how to remove a repeat post......
Oh @wineoclock, I totally empathize, having done something very similar but without your excuse of distraction - mine was just plain incompetence!! I backed Into a concrete doorway and smashed all the back light section as well as assorted scrapes and some panel damage. It was not roadworthy due to the smashed lights, but I drove it anyway (not realizing...). Very embarrassing when I took it to our local mechanic and had to explain. However, one positive was that OH decided that we would get the panel damage repaired as well as damage from other assorted scrapes that we hadn't bothered about (the car is almost 20 years old) so the car looks respectable now. I wish you a happy outcome too. :clover: :)
Enjoy your celebrations @CandiceMarie! :D
@Julianna - perhaps we need to support each other to get rid of those holiday kilos...
And ditto your comment re the washing @Sallyo :) We have a rotary clothesline which isn't rotating at the moment due to the broken down scissor lift next to it...
Just about to go out with OH for more shopping chores - a good way to pass the time today!
Keep up good work everyone! :D
Thanks @Sassy1, I think the main problem (apart from the inconvenience and insurance excess) is the feeling very stupid over such an accident. Oh well Ive booked it in for a quote next Monday, the place is just up the road from work which is convenient.
Heres to a better rest of the day
Oh no! @Wineoclock. Don't you wish you could turn back the clock and try that again! Now you'll be off to the crash repairers as well.
I am positive I posted in here this morning? Ah ha, something must have eaten my post.

Anyway, I'm in!

Happy Fasting!
