Maybe I should be Yo yo jeans @nursebean! But hopefully fasting has finally brought an end to my yoyo days
I have been fasting today and now waiting for my dinner... very SOON  .. Haven't been here for some weeks but I have continued my fasting days as usual.. Now 72,4 so close to my goal :victory:
I'm in! My tummy is telling me I'm hungry yet I have no appetite. I plan on sticking to green or herbal tea until stir fry for dinner. Fingers crossed! Good luck all! :clover:
I'm here today! I love fast days but I haven't lost any of my weight I gained around new years which means I'm the same as when I started in September. HOWEVER, I feel that the way I think is changing. I'm skipping breakfast more often and sometimes I go to bed a little hungry. These little changes should help in the long run with the non-fast days over eating. I know this takes a long time and I'm just waiting for my body to catch up to these changes. The first time I lost 60 pounds over 15 years ago it took 3 years so I know this is for the long run. I also know that I only have 12 pounds to loose this time so as my husband points out over an over again I'm already ahead of where I was years ago. Well thanks for listening, have a great day everyone!
Having a much needed fast day here after 3 days of eating WAY too much. Not feeling hungry...I think my body is relieved to be getting the break from all the food!
Ooh, the American Team are in the house! Yoohoo everyone waking up over there! I'm still hanging on in there, not long to go until I actually have FOOOOOD! Hmm, I'm not counting the Americano coffee with little biscuit that I had in M&S at lunchtime as food, though sadly the website says that it was 45calories!
Keep at it everyone! :clover:
Aaargh! I'm fasting (3rd week in) and I my head is spinning and I have a headache.... any tips? I'm trying to drink as much as I can. Already had a small late lunch which was just under 300 calories trying to hold off on tea. Help!
@Sioux101 I've been there! The headache could be from lack of caffeine. The dizziness could be from low salt. A broth drink (only 30 calories) can help with the dizziness.
Hello fasters, (waves from Tuesday morning!) I didn't fast on Monday because I fasted on Sunday instead. I can't say I missed it! Have a good Monday fast.
@Skinnyjeans, I hope you are having a lovely birthday!

I'm fasting today, which is my official "Fastiversary."
Welcome @Rosyjan, Happy birthday @Skinnyjeans, Happy Forumversary @Peebles!

I'm in. It's 4pm and the darkest hours approach. Two hours until dinner (turkey chipotle chocolate chili) and my herbal tea is getting cold. My toes are FREEZING and I think I'm going to make a hot cup of chicken bouillon/broth.

:-)
Coming to the end of my first FD of the week and it's been OK. I'm about to crawl into my bed so a sleepy goodnight to others who have more hours to go.

:clover:
Hi @peebles A very happy fastiversary to you. Like Ssure I'm creeping into bedibo - tis midnight.
Read back todays thread, sorry to miss joining the great conversations. It's great well done everyone.
Perhaps see some of you on Thursday fast thread. I hope! :
To those still fasting out west, wishing you all the best for the rest .... of your fasts.

I'm in today. Just after 7pm and I've had black coffee, plain tea, clear fiber, and just now a cup of broth. Will probably have my usual stir fry for dinner. Lately, my favorite pre-bed snack is a poached egg with a teaspoon of grated parmesan...yum! Very filling for only about 100 calories.

I just recently started going to a Meetup in my area, called FreeForm Dance, just what it sounds like. The only drawback is it's 10am on Saturday (I don't like getting up on the weekend), but it's just what I need, so I'm gonna keep going!

@SkinnyJeans, my birthday was last Thursday and I fasted that day. We had my birthday celebration/dinner at my sister's on Saturday. I prefer not to change my light days unless there's a really good reason. I was concerned I'd feel deprived, but I didn't; just the usual mantra, I can have it tomorrow!

@peebles, happy fastiversary! Mine is approaching soon (April).
I fasted yesterday but there was a lot going on so didn't get to come on to the forum. I had gnocchi for dinner.
