@Canoegal it seemed to escalate into a migraine so I had a bowl of cereal (for a quick energy hit) and a few crisps (for salt), some pain killers and then slept it off in a dark room for a couple of hours.
I need to work out why some fast days are so much easier than others as I felt horrible yesterday and it's not the first time. Salt could be a factor but caffeine shouldn't be as I don't drink caffinated drinks at all (although I do eat a fair amount of chocolate).

Really want this to work as I need to lose weight and conventional diets are torture and make me obsess about food 24/7.
