Jubilant #8 reporting! Hopped on the scale today and have broken through into the 71s (71.6 kg), that target of under 70 seems really achievable! Am thinking of lowering my final target from 68 to 65 in view of how easily the weight's going down atm!
Hello and welcome @briedog this is a wonderful forum and everyone is very supportive.

#3 reporting in...
I haven't lost, but then I haven't gained either, so I'm pleased.
My goal, which seemed an impossible dream back in January, (so impossible, that I initially asked myself if I could lose 2 stones to take me to just above 12 stones) is 11 stones (154lbs or 69.85kg) and then, with the help of this thread and its fab members, to lose another 4lbs for 'wiggle room'.

So, 4lbs in 5 weeks...you CAN do it Penny!! Oh yes you can!
69.8kgs woohoo!
It's the days in between fasts that rise up so
Must walk more. Must get up when TV programmes change/adverts are showing and walk around for two minutes at least, annoys the cat no end!
To perambulate is to reduce weight

under 70 we will both achieve before Christmas and how awesome for you to change your target from 68 to 65 .... maybe i should join you as i have the exact same final target at the moment.
Member #84 checking in... Since saturday morning another 400g is OFF  :like: :victory: ...

Weight now 71,1 kg . Yahoooooooo  :musical:
@AzureBlue I guess you're a bit taller than me (I'm 5' 5.5")cos your weight is the same as mine, only your BMI is lower - just!

Brrr... it's chilly here and my fingers are aching as I have a load of Christmas 'mobcaps' to cut out and secure with rubber bands onto the jars. It's very boring!
Member number 54 checking (first time, sorry!)

I was 75.8kg when I asked to join on the 17th October and now I'[m 72.9 so I make that a loss of 2.9kg. My aim (as set by Juliana was to get to 72 so I'd like to shift it a bit and aim for 70 still).
I'm 5' 7" and apple of shape.
Sounds like an AA meeting opener ...
Must. Keep. Walking.

#141 checking in and will now have to reassess for christmas as the aim was 2kg never losing in any way with anything before I thought this was aiming high. Week 1 weigh in has me already down 3.7kg. I am shocked and very excited. I think I will set for a further 2kg by christmas :)
#129 reporting. Maintenance according to plan (not to lose any more and leaving a nice feastdays buffer). 13:1 it is.
Well done Juliana on reaching the Tent Target! X x
And thank you for all the work youve put into it,and getting us all focused on our mini goals for Xmas xx
