I'd love to help out with UK testimonials. Been doing this for 2 months now and lost nearly 7kilos. I have tried so many "diets" and always lost the will to live, came off and put more weight on. I am over 60 and cannot excercise as much as I used to and really see this as a new way of living not as a diet!! My husband has Type 2 diabetes and is told to eat little and often which is the complete reverse of what this research says so we need to push this around the medical profession as his GP is not happy for him to try this way of eating. We need more evidence and I would love to help in any way I can
