feeling great in my skinny clothes and hoping the science behind disease prevention for the future holds true.
Looking at myself in the shop windows and not dislike myself. TG I have achieved that but still going to keep it that way.
oh me to to it all - i would like to ride our eriskay pony i have for the kids. I would like to be be able to run and play energetic games with the kids, i don't want them to be embarrassed of me being fat, i want to be fit, healthy and be a good example to them. I want to have much more energy and i want to look good and be able to go into a shop and just pick nice cloths off the rail and know they are going to fit.
Now is the time and it is working!
My original goal was to lose enough weight to be acceptable for very necessary surgery. That has been accomplished, I have also managed to lose the extra weight I put on in my recovery period.
My next mini goal is to lose more weight before my daughters return to the UK and my immediately following holiday. Then there will be mini goals for the next year or two to keep me going.
