Anyone get up in the middle of the night to weigh?

No. That's too weird. :?

I weigh myself every morning, can't help it now, just desperate to see if any weight has ome off, but I do realise that weight fluctuates and is influenced by many factors so try not to get too disappointed if the dial does not move.

I went to my first exercise class since the autumn, so feel good. What did I do at the first opportunity? Weigh myself. I was just curious because I was fasting yesterday and I hadn't had very much today as I was working, I think it's having an effect. I'm sure I'll get bored of weighing myself soon but it is nice seeing it go down. But like others I only record it once a week. It's just interesting what happens to my body on a day-to-day basis.

I jump on the scales every morning out of habit, it is interesting and sometimes motivating to see the loss (or gain!) daily. But I only record any loss or gain on a weekly basis.

NOOOOO! I've thrown our scales into the garden shed (well my OH did!). I weighed myself after my first fast last week of 2 consecutive days and hadn't lost an ounce. I got so despondent that I ate everything in sight!! Now I don't (can't) weigh in but after a fast day on Monday I am feeling elated as my stomach already feels flat.

I am on my second fast this week and aiming to do a third on Friday.

This is my way of coping and staying positive as I know a lack of a loss, will set me off again.

Yep!, and I lost 2lbs, it could be water or fresh air, but it is a motivator, I am on my 2nd fast for the week and working from home today, with the fridge a room away, but feeling fine...
I think I am going to save my calories until my evening meal, my dog is a great distractor for hunger pangs, so I will take hime for a walk when they hit. ;)
