Penny, I think, after what I just add, I will probably put some alcohol directly in my mouth

I have 50 turkeys and 5 gooses for 5 ovens
To cook a turkey and allow it to rest it takes about 5 hours (a 5kgs turkey stuffed)
So, 5 turkeys at a time, in 5 ovens, for 5 hours so 50 hours only for those

For the gooses now, about 3 hours for a 5 kg goose. Plus the time for it to rest

Don't worry @Manderley! That's @Nessie's job! The magic of Christmas (and this forum) will get the turkeys and geese done in time and they will all be served hot, no problem.

@Manderley I meant the worrying and frantic panic is @Nessie's job, the turkeys and geese are your job and I'm assisting you with the veg chopping for the stuffing. So, don't you worry, we'll get the jobs done! Though, it is a huge and monumental task, you may need to pin Nessie down, once in a while, to pitch in and help. Sorry I badly worded my previous post.
