Am going to investigate sonic toothbrush. Is it like a sonic screwdriver?

Hi all. I don't do the oil pulling anymore, though it never bothered me reference retching. Its was the time involved, plus its cheaper to use sunflower oil. As for the hair conditioning, I have hair down past my waist and i doubt if I use a tablespoon on it all. So if you have short hair I would suggest using some on your hands and other body parts as a moisturiser and then just running any excess from your hands through your hair before bed (put a towel on your pillow or make sure its a bed washing day the next day) and wash as normal the next day. I don't do it every time just when my hair is getting rat-tailed or dry. I find the finished result is lighter than some straightening shampoo's and conditioners I have used in the past.
Well I managed one proper fast this week and still can't get get back that feeling that I 'can' do it. Whether I'm being lazy or whether its my body/mind telling me I still need to take it easy i have no idea. So for now, I will fast when I feel able, for now I'm trying to kick the naughty stuff. Wine gums first.
Ivegot shoulder length hair and used about half teaspoon @julieathome
Will take yr advice, think thats a good idea
I know what you mean re trying to get ar** back into gear..
I am ok with fast days but feed days ...they just aren't going well at all
I keep trying to get it back in control then i think " control? Feels like ive been trying to take control for the last 30 years without lasting success" ...grrrrrr...
Hope youre feeling more and more well as the days go by J X

Here is the amazing news that appeared (posted publicly) on my google + page tonight:
Eating whole fruit and veggies is very important, but your body will only be able to get 30% of the nutrients because it's harder when the body has to break down the food and process it. However, by juicing, your body can get about 70% since the food is liquid and the body has less work to do.
Anyone want to comment on this piece of BS? @Carorees?
There is also a nice image of fruits with the caption "More reasons to eat fruit" and some interesting "reasons". Let me see if I can post a screen capture...

I think the advice is that fruit is only good for you if dipped under a fountain of chocolate
@wendyjane and @Debs I'm drinking my juiced red grapes right now. Best way to have your fruit.
