Sausage hotpot (with Baked Beans)

Those Mexican jumping beans sound great. How high could they jump?

The weather is still miserably cold @rakaren!. I'm very envious of you in California right about now. I was stationed in California for a year while in the Army...at the Presideo of Monterey. Gorgeous. Learned the Russian language, very challenging.

Please don't judge all of the U.S. by the drivers in Los Angeles. I was petrified when I drove there and honestly don't know how the locals can deal with the traffic.

It is selfishly great to see you chatting here during our prime time. Well, it is a little late tonight.

Well whatever happened to Mexican jumping beans, anyhow? They were lots of fun (and no, they don't jump very high at all, but they definitely move of their own accord) and I haven't seen them since I was a kid.

Morning peeps! Lovely day here, but for how long?
I have another pair of skinny jeans on order and want to collect them today. But first, it's puppy play time!

 Morning !

It's rainy, grey and cold here today and have to ask to the home agency to, again, ask to my landlord to put the heat on as it's fairly cold INSIDE. A bit tired of that situation but can't afford to move right now so have no choice really.

I am trying to find some indoors exercises to firm up my thighs and may have find something, just has to find a ball

Off to weight myself, wish me luck !

@manderley, I did some of these the other day and struggled to move the next day so they might help!
Hold the back of a chair, drop into a low plié and then stand and bring one leg straight out behind you. 35 reps each side, a killer!
Another is to stand behind a chair again, this time, bend one leg up across your front to the opposite hip, extend leg out to the side and then bring back to start. Repeat 30 times and then do other side, and then collapse!
Good luck!

And then do my exercises Silverdarling!!
