Hey Faith!
GREAT results :)
I love NSVs too - they make me glow a lot more than a digit on a scale.

My non scale victory this week is I find I can walk with a bounce in my step and my ankle not swelling up like a blow fish. Losing lbs does make it better on your joints :)

Only just noticed this thread - well done you, @faith! :) The photos show a wonderful difference, you must be so pleased, and to feel lighter on your feet has so many benefits. Good for you and best wishes for your continuing journey with this way of eating. :)

Sorry @faithwasn't ignoring you. Didn't see the reply. To tag someone, which sends them a message you press tag above blue box white writing. Insert the persons name either by typing it exactly or copy paste it inside the brackets. and the they see it.

Wow @Faith! I've only just seen the photos. Who cares what the scales say when you can see the difference! One of my favourite non scale victories was looking in the mirror, and the face reflected looked like me again. I'd thought the fact it didn't was due to age, but actually it was weight.

not sure that it's a victory but my tights have been very wrinkly all day - I think my legs have slimmed down since I last wore them (opaque winter ones) - anyway - they are destined for the bin when they come off cos they have spectacularly split so they are pretty much -erm - <whispering> crotchless!

I have lost quite a lot of weight, and I am very pleased that I now have slim legs for the first time. Even when I weighed less in the past my legs were always chunky. Much to my delight I now have shapely ankles.

Wow, @Bracken, I just looked at your tracker - you must be so pleased, and to have gained shapely legs too. Sounds like some clothes shopping is in order for skirts that will show those ankles off! :)
Have you joined the maintenance tent yet (sorry, can't recall)?
