Re: New plan: so far so good!

Update after a week:
OK, I can 't be too sure because a) I'm expecting my period today and b) I spent en entire weekend eating and drinking but...
...after a week of 2 days of Dukan attack, 2 fasts and 3 days of eating like a pig I lost 750grms.
I'm doing the same this week with less pig-like eating and hoping that I will have better results since my period will be behind me.
Official weigh in day for me is Wednesday so I'm not changing something on the tracker, I'm just updating this thread as I promised.

Just had to google how much that is in lbs, over a lb is great especially as it sounds like that's at it's worst with TOTM! Good luck for Wednesday, surely someone with as much determination as you is bound to succeed!!

Thank you so much, Mariposa!
I do hope that after leaving this time of the month behind I will see better results.

One more update...
Nothing moved upwards or downwards after the two days of the attack but it was the first and second day of my period so I can't complain, in other circumstances I would have probably gained!
I'm fasting today and I will be very careful tomorrow. Another fast on Friday but dinner out on Saturday and then the... dreadful Sunday. I am determined to keep it sensible this week and -hopefull- the next too.

Hello there TML, I was just catching up on how you're doing. Sounds very positive!

I'm sticking to not weighing myself, determined to leave it for four weeks (avoided it for a week and a half so far, which is good). Fasted Monday and today, but I too find that I pig out on non fast days at the moment - don't know why. It's nearly like a protest against myself I think - a bit weird.

Anyhoo, pleased to hear that you are losing and keeping positive!

Hiya!
I am posting more good news, another kilo is gone, that is -2,5 kilos in 2,5 weeks!!!
To me, weighing daily is very important, it's the only thing that keeps me going... :-)

Great news, well done :like: pleased its working for you.

Thanks for the link a few days ago about true weight, I tried it and my target weight I put as 12st 7lbs. My true weight came up as 12st 5lb so pleased with that cos I don't want to go too low, OH says to leave him a bit to snuggle into  I know before you say it 'too much information'

Thank you all very much!!!

Chris, Greek men hate Greek women because they stopped being chubby and started going on diets so I do understand where he's coming from.

Sue, I agree!

Morning peeps!
Since I weigh everyday I noticed it on Thursday but I gave it a couple of days to make sure it was not an illusion. But, it was the same yesterday and today so...
I hit my first milestone!!! I lost 5+ kilos!!!
Additionally to that, people are now telling me all the time so it's not just the scales.
Can you tell I'm chuffed? I guess the 3:2:2 is what I needed and I'm so happy for my efforts to finally pay off!!!
I will not put it on the tracker since I update it every Wednesday and I hope that if something changes by then it will be only downwards, taking me to another milestone.
