Getting Sweaty! Exercise & Fitness

I run but not on fast days. I love running but do find that it sometimes makes me feel depleted and more hungry. I love running on the days I get to eat! I alternate running with yoga. I also walk my dog everyday. I am down 3.5 pounds since March 1st! YAY!
I do boxing training on my Monday fast day and feel fine! I have lunch, small dinner, train at 730pm with an Oatly hot chic drink afterwards, so I'm not going to bed starving :) I also do spin, Pilates, free weights and cycling- not all in the same day mind, but not on the other fast day- think I will give it a go though! The only downside at the moment is I'm not seeing the weight shift, tho hands, feet and neck are thinner- but why lose it in those places when I have a big bum and tum to shift? Argh! The body is a mystery, eh? :)
I have tried this diet, works very well for me. I also go to the gym 3 times a week. It's fantastic as I can go out sometimes with my friends for dinner and eat as others without them knowing I'm actually on diet :)
I do a lot of varied exercise. I'm a keen runner and do about 4 runs a week totalling 15 - 25 miles (depending if I'm training for an event). I also rejoined my gym last October and do various pieces of equipment for an hour 4-5 times a week. I've participated in many of the exercise classes. At the moment it's LBT, Pure Abs and Body Combat. I really enjoy them even though I lack arm and leg co-ordination...

BTW - Sunday is my favorite day of the week to run. I'm an early bird so as soon as the sun starts to rise I'm out the door (usually 7am in the winter or 5am in the summer) - mad I know! It's also a good time to go out as there are not many spectators around at this time :-)

I have just started with the diet (Monday my first fast day  ) but I am doing Zumba twice a week (for over 3 months now) on Mondays and Thursdays (my planned fast days). I was also scared that I would faint on Monday's Zumba, but I was full of energy!
Did just over 16 miles of cycling to work today, first time I've attempted such a thing since starting 5:2. Easy peasy on the way in (always used to do the ride in and have breakfast at my desk anyway) but a little more challenging on the way home (mostly uphill though!). Didn't feel weak or dizzy at any point though, but as soon as I stopped I felt really hungry and haven't really felt satisfied since!

Also did about 40 minutes dog walk too, so I guess I've done more than normal today.

Have also been doing C25K on fast days - about to start week 3, so early days right now but have felt good so far on what I've done.
Hi
I normally fast on a monday and go to Pilates - feel ok as long as I make sure I've drunk lots of water. I also run but haven't tried it on a fast day yet - keen for any tips on how to build up cardio or should I just focus on weights/resistance???
TIA
Rhoo
I do 3 step classes a week on a regular basis, if i have the time i will try and do a spin class, aerobics or go for a swim. This is what i have always done though, & not something i have taken up since doing the 5:2 diet. My fast days are Monday & Thursday, & i have not exercised on those days as yet, but may try swimming on these days to see how i feel.
