HI all. I've been up for hours and been for a walk already. Feeling optimistic about fasting today after someone commented yesterday about my loss of weight. Now I've got the problem that only one of my pants fits. Is it really time to buy a smaller size?
Good morning from a windy but clear skyed Melbourne!

Going to prepare a lovely fruit smoothie for breakfast, then prepare a massive veg soup to see me through until tomorrow dinnertime.

Already braved JM's 30 Day Shred for the first time and feel pretty jelly-like, but happy to have finally started!
I'm in. I've been out in the garden and finished the rose pruning at last. Did some weeding and general cutting back and have filled up my green recycling bin again. I've also done a load of washing and sorted out my undies drawer. I, too had to buy smaller undies. Oh happy day!
I am fasting today. I don't think I will actually have surgery today. I think I will meet with the surgeon and anesthesiologist and the surgery will be scheduled for later. So fasting should be okay. I just need to eat three meals so I can take my painkillers on a full stomach.
doing well considering I went to bed last night not looking forward to it, unusual because normally I do quite like a fast day
I'm in. Been hitting a plateau (or worse...) last week. Can't wait to try another fast day. Happy fasting, everyone.
No sign of those clear skies anymore Vix89! Gardening might be off the list today...

Enjoying fasting today as usual. I have a friend coming over from New Zealand on Friday and we're having a long girls' weekend away so will be interesting to see how that affects my weight. No doubt there will be lots of good food and drink consumed but most of all I'm planning to have fun and enjoy every moment. That's why I love 5:2, I know I can just get back to it next week.

Hope it all goes well for you MaryAnn.
Still Sunday night here but will be fasting tomorrow. Wishing everyone a smooth and easy fast!
I'm I
n today. Trying to get back to Monday / Friday. Just up. Looks like it could be a good day. Washing on and everyone else still sleeping. Sipping a green tea and watching the news.Have a good day everyone.x
Hi all

I'm in for a FAST day

Good luck everyone
I'm in too. It's pouring down here, but I have to stay in for a courier to collect two parcels, so the weather can do its worst!
And me! Pouring down here, so a bit cooler!
I'm in!
A bit unsure about this today though. We have had visitors so I haven't fasted for a fortnight. My tummy is already rumbling and I seem much less motivated. :starving:

It's pouring down here too, luckily I go to a writers' meeting every Monday, so I will be occupied for a while this morning. I hope I can get in the garden later- it's my best time filler on a fast day as I'm out of temptation's way. Oh, apart from the delish cherry tomatoes in the greenhouse!
Good luck everyone! :clover:
Good luck everybody!
