Yesterday I slow cooked a big lump of silverside in my crockpot. We had it for dinner and it was good - just fell apart and melted in my mouth. Well, I'm planning on having a slice of that for dinner (100 grams = about 120 calories) with the usual mix of vegetables. I might also be able to afford a teaspoon of pickles with it.

@MaryAnn, I can imagine. The Monday always feels like the perfect fastday. For me it is a reset after a weekend away with massive breakfasts, big dinners and 3 days of drinking alcohol...
A Monday fast also gets one fasting day out of the way quickly.
Your story sounds exactly like mine. Too much wine and food
at the weekend and being too generous to myself on feast days.
I am stuck at the same weight as you, 70 kgs so I think I need
to watch the feast days and be a bit more realistic if I want
to shift another couple of kgs. This is definitely the way forward
though and I think I will be on this forever. It's so easy to
do. In the past if I ate what I am eating now I would have piled
on the weight, but I only ever go up by 1-2 kgs and then it comes off
again with the fast days. I think it will be easier once the summer
comes and maybe then I will lose some more. Keep up the good work though.
Good luck to everybody
2 of my 3 fasts back2back don't mind them at all.
So have got to be Very good this week.
Good Luck to us all doing today Sue.
Gook luck all!
Enjoy your fasts xx
It will soon be tea time
