Who's in today? I'm in for the usual Monday fast, really don't mind them on Mondays after a weekend of booze and yummy food!
I am on plateau at the moment though of 11st2 and I am not shifting! This week I will make more of an effort to no overeat on any feast days this week and see of that shifts anything!
Have a great day everyone. Herbal teas all day for me with usual soup for dinner and an early night. What are your plans food wise for the day?

I'm in, well I will be once its Monday here. I am losing well this week, so I hope the major milestone I reached this morning is still there on Tuesday when I weigh in.
I'm sure it will be. Talk about positive motivation to carry on!

I'll be in when it's tomorrow! Fasted yesterday for Jewish Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) and thought nothing of it this year! Family were all saying they 'were starving'! Made me smile!!

Anyway, back to normal for tomorrow :) Only water until evening meal of less than 500.

Yes, I'm in today. It looks like being a wet one. My plan is to have miso soup at lunch time and then a soup with tomato passata, chicken breast, kidney beans and so on. I'll just do a calorie count on My Fitness Pal and see what it comes to. I am not losing weight at the moment and I'm trying to be relaxed about it. The fasting will be doing me good in other ways and when my body is ready to lose some more weight, it will happen. It will be easier when summer comes. Now drinking hot water and lemon juice.

I'm not losing either Sally, just maintaining. Which isn't sooo bad I guess as I am in the healthy weight bracket and I eat pretty much what I want on the five feast days.

Me too, only 8.35am, but before I know it, it will be eat time, like 4.45. Hope the day goes well. Good luck.
Well, I'm not in the healthy weight BMI yet, Lilsmiler, but I have lost weight and am not obese at least, which I was at the start. I am happy that I was able to lose that weight over winter, when normally I put it on, and that I have kept it off. I have great hopes for summer!
Yes, I'm fasting today and am making the vegan ratatouille pie for dinner.
I'm trying a mix of 5:2 and 16:8 this week as I did it last week. So, fasting possibly fasting Mon, Wed and Fri with 16:8 Tues and Thurs. Just trying to kick start my weight loss!
I'm in. Only tea so far. I'll throw in a cup of coffee about lunchtime and then nothing till 6 pm. I'll have a glass of low fat milk before bedtime. Soon it will be tomorrow!
Sounds like you're doing fab Sally, I haven't lost much at in 9-10 weeks of doing this, hopefully it will pay off soon..

I'm in too. Contemplating doing some baking for the kidlets later this arvo (things for school lunchboxes for rest of week) - really not that keen to do it on a fast day, but I've got so much on over next few days it may be my only opportunity. "so much on" means working in an office and a shop rather than from home like I normally do. Damn, I forget how good I have it working at home! I also need to put on respectable clothes, can't take the dog for a walk on a whim and have to be way more organised than I'm used to.
I'm in today too!

I've been to the gym and pushed myself, which is good because I haven't been pushing myself too much lately at the gym :victory:

I'm going to have some cottage cheese for dinner tonight. HOPEFULLY that's it!
