I'm in too. Managed with just liquids till now.im just about to have a bowl of lamb, barley and vege soup which is just what I feel like on this cold and rainy night. Good luck!
I'm back fasting after 3 weeks off following my wedding, and putting on all the weight I had lost :-(

I put some beef in the slow cooker this morning before heading in to work, so at least dinner is prepared and I don't have to worry about it when I get home starving.

Aiming to just have my chicken oxo cube for lunch, good luck everyone.

I actually can't believe how much I am looking forward to starting this again, I feel so fat and tired, sure it's because of the time off.
Mrsbod don't feel bad for having some time off, you needed it. Today is a new day and in a few weeks you will be back to what you were. Don't give up.
Lil
I'm in today for my first fast of the week. Feeling more positive again as lost another wee bit last week after having put on the week before. May have been due to the few birthdays I had and the amount of cake i ate ... oops
Im back on track now and doing a hard push the next few weeks before my holidays !!

Happy fasting folks
Im in for fast number 7, for some reason I really look forward to the Monday fasts.

Good luck to you all.

Didee
Didee, I think Monday fasts always feel good because you start a new week off on such a good note, and get rid of any bad feelings you have after weekend excesses. I always try to fast on a Monday.
5:24pm - feeling very peckish.
I'm in today maintaining but still have to fast. We are taking our daughter back to airport to day, back to sunny Brisbane for her. I will be feeling a bit low for a couple of days but I know it passes and we will get back to the routine of face timing . Good luck to all.
Back on track with a fast today after 2 weeks holiday in France. I managed one fast day during the holiday, pathetic i know! Too much bread, red wine and cheese  Amazingly i've only put on 2lbs, must be all the walking we did! The only silly thing i did was go out for a big Sunday lunch yesterday so i haven't eaten since 1.30pm yesterday afternoon, feeling it now!!
Back to our regular fasting routine this week & so far just coffee & water but will probably have a cup of Bovril for lunch. My OH & I will have an M&S Fuller longer Meatballs & Spaghetti for supper with some just picked plums. Our plum tree has gone into fruitful mode this year after nothing last year so we now have bowls of stewed plums & fresh ones waiting to be eaten.
I hope you all have a good day! I am still wading through ironing our holiday clothes & very sad to be putting them away because Autumn has arrived & it's getting chilly :frown:
I'm in after a fab weekend, where we ate out Saturday and had a barbe yesterday (no carbs though on either meal)

Just made myself a most comforting lentil soup with some Ayam Laksa paste - will become a staple for lunch as the weather turns cooler, at 130 cals.

I have 6lbs to lose, 6 weeks to get to target, ready for my birthday.

@Isis, we brought all our summer clothes back from the caravan yesterday, so I have the same job, with the same sadness.
Fasting here in rainy windy Yorkshire!
I reluctantly had to put a gain on my progress tracker on Friday - my first ever!! But have had about two weeks off from fasting due to my hols. I did only gain 3lbs whilst away but had hoped to lose it all again last week after two fasts.
Sadly it was not to be. However it did inspire me to eat quite well this weekend - didn't drink as much, went to gym, so very hopeful that this Fridays weigh in will be a drop!
On a plus note saw my sister yesterday for the first time in about 10 weeks and she said "My god, you have lost so much weight!!" and that was FANTASTIC to hear!!!
Happy thought people, happy thoughts xxx
Count me in. Glad to be fasting today. When am I going to learn to stop pushing food in my mouth even when my stomach is full to bursting? I'm going to try harder this week to get out of the habit and will go back to 16:8 on my eating days to see if that helps. Dont have a problem with limiting myself on fast days, its just the "feast" days are getting out of control. Havent got on the scales but will see what the damage is in the morning as I gained a pound from my last weigh-in and this weekend I drank a lot of booze!
I'm in today. 3rd week back on plan after 2 weeks holiday and a big weekend party in August. 2 weeks ago very pleased that I was only 0.2lb more than before I went on holiday although that was not my lowest point due to party weekend. Last week I lost o.8lb and thought I was back on track but today I am UP 0.6 lb so back to preholiday weight :frown: . Same thing happened after christmas - it seems so difficult to get tha momentum going in the right direction again. :curse:
On the bright side my husband came into the bathroom as I was weighing myself and remaked how slim I was looking
Oh well - onwards and downwards!
I'm in too - haven't eating a thing (except for 2tbs of cottage cheese), just drunk water and 2 mugs of tea. I save all my kcal for dinner; left over pulled pork (now that must be the leanest meat dish there is), some slices of avocado, a couple of tbs cottage cheese (Chipotl and Chili) and I do believe there is room in them 500ckal for piece of garlic bread too
