Also fasting today. Feeling light headed and looking forward to dinner and really looking forward to breakfast in the morning. :dazed: :starving:
I've been in all day, but so busy and stressed out I've barely felt hungry!

I'm tucking into my evening meal though and enjoying it greatly :)
Feeling awful with a sore throat but have managed to stick with it. Didn't have the energy to make anything interesting, so had a ready made fish pie :-( I think you win a prize if you find any fish
I'm in! I feel a little down today but I think I can make it
Well done everyone for sticking with it today ! Only a few hours left til bed time then it's tomorrow yay ! Xx
I feel a lot better after my evening meal. A little headache (waiting for painkiller to kick in). It will be nice to lay my head on the pillow tonight.
I'm having a Fast day. Always find it easier after the weekend. Being at work I can just drink black coffee and work through lunch. Always manage to do under 500 calories.
I made it, had a venison burger about 160cals half a sweet potato wedges, and a mouthful, of roasted /burnt tomatoes.
Monday afternoon here, and a day off. I've managed to kill most of the day with dog walking and cleaning the house. So far just about 25 calories from the skim milk in my tea. Just starting to plan my omelet and salad dinner. I'm thinking popcorn for an after dinner snack.

Congrats on lots of successful fasts already completed today!
I've been fasting with you guys today and was craving some sweets after my tiny dinner but on my way to the fridge I remembered I had not read the fast day posts today so...opened up the laptop instead and read all your posts.
Thank you so much to you all for inspiring me and keeping on the straight and narrow this evening - I needed it!!
Now enjoying some green tea instead and the munchies are gone!
  :like:
I'm in too!

Busy day, fasting has gone fine....but I have a bit of a headache.

Sounds like an early night would be in order.....

Well done everyone - tomorrow is another day & we're all that little bit closer to our goals, hurrah!

I think I succeeded, but hubby didn't eat much of his dinner and asked if I fancied it. So I had his dinner (thankfully he is a tiny eater, so the portion wasn't large), but it was ham, brocolli and cheese maccaroni. It was less than a cup full so fingers crossed it was actually under the 500kcals.
It's only 2.15pm here and I have now eaten all of my fast day calories. This is a typical routine for me as I prefer to eat at lunchtime. Just hoping I can hold out now until tomorrow.....

I'm fasting in the morning...

Thanks! I survived 2hour lecture in Japanese, went 20 something cals over my limit, had 12 hours sleep and just about feel ok. Plus: I'm 50 lbs lighter in my license picture!
Now 10.30 here and have kept to routine established last week - ate 328 cal meal at teatime at work - managed to last today as wasn't too cold, unlike last week. Need to stick to 300 - 400 cals now to lose reasonable amount. Next fast either Thursday or Saturday, depending on commitments.
