I am in today, feeling good after a very active weekend. Ended up at s Zumba class on Sat morning and then trying to do the wii active with a 5 year which started out fun and ended up been frustrating
I'm in again today! (This is the second fast in my new EOD diet plan plus daily weighing). At the moment I'm on a roll...but how long will it last?!

Such great self-control @Maryann !

And @Otter sorry to hear you've had a tummy bug, that's just the worst thing isn't it. Hope you're feeling more human now x x

 Yes I'm in willingly for a good fastday after a weekend of food and wine. :clover:
Glad to be back to a normal routine so repair Monday it is. When I got back from my holiday last Monday evening I had put on 4lb so not a happy bunny. After fasting last Tuesday and Saturday I have lost the 4lb so am starting this week with a clean sheet. I usually repair Mondays and Thursdays and nothing in the way this week to sabotage that. Hope we all have a really easy and successful day. :like: :clover:
I am due to fast today but feel awful my head cold has finally broken so will see how we go. Have already had a coffee this morning.
My first ever fast day today! DH bought me black coffee in bed (no sugar), so I even got a lie-in, bit of a treat for me.

No food so far, and surprised that I am not feeling more hungry. I have an 'emergency carrot' at work with me just in case, but so far so good. Nice home made veg soup for lunch, 100 cals.
This s my second fast day. Just going to eat dinner tonight so on black tea today!

Weighed myself today and very pleased...lost 4 pounds....is there a specific weight forum where we share our weekly weigh ins?

Cheers lou x :like:
I'm in! Have been doing Tuesdays & Fridays of late, but this week will be today & Thursday - both days that will see me volunteering at our village shop.....so will be watching all the sandwiches and sweets being bought - oh no!!
Have woken up really hungry - unusual for me, but once I have done my Monday weigh-in, will stick the kettle on for a fruit tea, yum yum! Am looking forward to checking my measurements too, as it has been 4 weeks since I last did them. Will record progress in my next blog. I have been seeing the changes in how my clothes fit, but it will be nice to see some inch-loss stats too!!
Happy fasting everyone - we can do it!! Xx :rainbow: :rainbow: :rainbow:
Glad you are feeling better Otter. I sympathise because I caught Dysentary whilst on holiday in Egypt & it did help me to know that I could tolerate fasting & not panic about not eating.
Good luck with your interview Sallyo.
My OH & I are both fasting today but I am continuing 4:3ing after eating too many calories on Saturday because my OH bought iced buns & we ate them over the weekend. I didn't lose any weight last week which was very frustrating & I did wonder if I was eating too little hence the extra eating over the weekend, or that is my excuse  But I have been influenced by the EOD Diet & the message you can eat more on feast days. Oh well back to the drawing board
We will just have coffee & water until our M & S fuller longer supper.
I hope you all have a good fasting day. The sun is shining at the moment on a frosty lawn which is such a relief from the rain!
Huh at last! @Isis another M&S Fuller Longer eater! They're good aren't they :-)

Well done to those of you who are seeing the pounds drop off. Keep up the good work!!

Bean
I'm in too...give me strength...really not feeling it today.
So far all my fast meals have been M&S Fuller Longer - they're delicious!
I'm in. My first proper fast day in 5 weeks due to summer holidays. Hubs went back to work today. I found it surprisingly easy- managed to make it all the way till dinner. I will weigh in on Friday and then I will know if I have maintained over these 5 weeks. That's would be wonderful. I hope so as my jeans feel comfortable if even a little loose. Cross fingers. Night night, I'm off to bed.
Good luck to you all across the pond.
Xxx julianna
I'm in :) Drinking lots of herbal tea and then a weight watchers meal after the gym tonight - although it will be a relatively low impact work out as I'm sore after strength training yesterday!
I'm in.......... this is my third fast day from starting last week..... so far one poached egg on slice of toasted Nimble and plenty of water.... melon for mid afternoon and evening meal will probably be a WW ready meal for ease today as got a busy day ahead

Please - Can anyone tell me how I put my weight loss from weigh in this morning on my tracker or something as not sure to enter it???
