I'm in in the morning. Just saying now because I always forget to on the day. I wish everyone an easy fast.

@kelkelkelster lots of people on here do low carb as well. I'm not actually one of them :oops: but I'm sure they'll be someone along soon to inform you. There's a thread on here somewhere about it.

Fasting today, for the first time in about a month! Pre-Christmas, Christmas, New Yea, Post- New Year have all played havoc with my fasting. And we have Chinese New Year in less than two weeks and there's always food/eating out surrounding that. But I have to get back in the groove, so to speak. The Fast Diet is my only salvation!
maintenance is on hold again. I am back to 4:3 for a bit. It's a long story, but basically, I was taken down by a box of Girl Scout cookies (the equivalent of lemon coolers, a weakness of mine, which I haven't had in years). The number on the scales this morning wasn't shocking, thankfully, but I think a week or two of 4:3 might sort me out. Something had better sort me out!

I'm in today. Very pleased with myself as since early December I've had a week-long business trip, 50th birthday, Christmas, New Year & last week another week-long business trip. I managed to get 500g under weight before all that & am now only 500g over so that's a real result :)

1 fast & all should be back in line, with no real challenges in sight at the moment :like:

I´m in too. Had a good last week, even that I was in a party at saturday including alcohol and cheese... :) I´m trying to cut down calories on my feasting days to have a little better results. Not so much, but little. I made an excel where I write down calories. Usually it helps me, when I have to write down what I eat.

Good morning all Monday fasters,

I've been on the 5:2 since Feb 13 and lost 2 and half stone by Xmas, waist Was 38" its now 32".

My fast day food was 4 × 100 cals bowls of ready brek style oats with water and microwaved to fully expand and two or three eggs scrambled 200 cals

Breakfast oats
Lunch oats
Dinner eggs
Supper oats
+ lots of water or black tea

Had the same every fast day usually Mon & Fri boring and simple but made my body/mind know it was on a fast day which helped!

I'm in today for another week of 4:3. Since I started 4:3'ing I've been pretty good during the week and then come the weekend I lose it a bit at eat rubbish :( so this morning I'm not feeling the greatest. Need to learn some self-control still. Anyway, happy fasting fellow fasters :heart:

Feel a bit grotty-massive wisdom teeth pain and a really bad upset tummy so I don't think I can eat much anyway!

Weighed myself and I'm down from 160.5lb to 155.6 in 10 days!

We just had a birthday cake for my secretary. I at the strawberry and blueberries off my piece, wrapped it up and put it in the fridge for tomorrow.
I am fasting today. at work and have made my breakfast (porridge made with water and added summer berries) but I really dont want it as not feeling hungry at all!

If I don't eat it I will feel hungry later and have to eat now as at work and so can't make porridge mid morning.

Think I am going to give up in a bit as its getting cold anyway and really doesnt taste very inspiring.

This is week 2 for me and didn't really lose any weight last week but I'm not too worried as it's been a learning curve for me - thinking about the repairing my body has been doing instead!

I can't stay away from the chocolate on non fast days either so am worried I am over-doing it. I can definitely tell that I don't need as much food to feel full already so hope that helps.

Planning grilled chicken and veggies for dinner so I will just look forward to that instead!
Hi, I'm in, planning my normal routine of coffee with skimmed milk and sparkling water throughout the day, then some soup and raw veg tonight.

I've been finding the Tuesday/Thursday fasting a bit harder, I find it a lot easier with a two day break between fasts, so going to try different variations.
