I'm fasting today, despite it being a bank holiday and spending the day with my kids.
I think it will be hard, especially when I make the kids their lunch, but I know that I can resist temptation. The 10lbs that I have lost in the last two weeks will be my incentive to stick with it.
I'm in! Don't give up. I almost did after my Week 4 plateau. It's Week 7 and all of a sudden I'm losing weight daily, losing quarter to half a pound every day, despite eating more on my fast days and exercising less. I think my body finally got it after a delayed reaction! Keep it up, and happy fasting everyone!
I am in today - it's a UK public holiday and so am off work along with hubby; he is supportive but I am expecting it to be a challenge!

Good Luck fellow fasting peeps! :clover: :clover:
Morning all, I'm in today. Off to the Welsh valleys to see the outlaws and some r&r. Which will probably involve sitting on the M4 for a while :(

Enjoy your fasts
I'm in, I'm enjoying a cup of marmite in water as I type, yumm!

This is my first fast day in a month, and boy do I need to get back into the swing of things, I haven't been paying attention at all and haven't fasted except missing the odd breakfast, so I'm actually looking forward to eating nothing until dinner.

Happy fasting everyone!
Morning fasters I am in today too 2nd week back after a weeks holiday. I finally weighed myself at the weekend and am pleased to find i still managed to lose weight after a week off. :victory: This has given me the motivation to keep going and know that slowly but surely I am losing weight the healthy way. I am beginning to feel a difference in my clothes too - that hard to shift midriff bulge is definately shrinking ever so slightly. Anyone else have that midriff bulge which I think is caused by sitting at work all day - any suggestions on how to help get rid of it??
Happy fasting folks!
I'm in today. No Bank Holiday in Scotland so at work. Unfortunately not very busy. last week was a good after holidays so hoping to keep it up despite feeling a bit queasy. Damned hormones :curse:
Count me in today, good luck everyone! :clover:
I´m on too. A went to scale this morning and it showed + 1 kg! I don´t understand! I had last week 2 fast days, went jogging 2 times, pilates 1 time and gym 1 time. And not so much goodies. :curse:
Dear All,
I am fasting today! Looking forward to getting back on track after a 10 day vacation where I didn't fast and regained a few pounds. Still in it for the long haul. Feel good about the 15 pounds I have lost!
It's going ok so far, just watched OH eat last nights yummy shepherds pie reheated, he said it's even better the next day !!! Had a glass of water

I'd like to get today in the bag as I'm on maintenance now so it'll give me the slack I need for the week :like:
Good luck with all the POMS who've just started fasting for the day. I'm off to bed after staying up half the night watching the cricket, what an exciting ending to the Ashes. Can't wait for the return leg, we'll be trying to get tickets for the MCG. Sometimes it's nice to be English in Australia - he he!!!
Yes I'm in fasting today :like: just returned from a 6 mile walk and now going for a long soak in a bubbly bath. Good Luck all :clover: Sue
The soup I'll have tonight is only 59 cal.I would have to drink 1.6l of it to be at the 500 cal
