I'm in today! Busy day back at work and haven't had any food yet. Usually I eat lunch on a fast day. I think I'm making a fish and a salad for dinner.
I've missed a few fasts, only managed to do 6:1 the last two weeks because of vacations. Looking forward to being back on 5:2 this week so I can start losing again!
Is it safe to undereat?

I've had plenty of water today (plus my usual morning black coffee) but ate nothing until about 4pm when I had a large raw carrot. I've just had a portion of shakshuka as a late supper. Total calories about 220.

Is that ok or should I eat more? I'm not terribly hungry now but I'm still short of a lot of calories!
it's safe to undereat, so long as you are only going two non-consecutive days per week. Some people get by on zero calories :-)

And nobody's told me what a pom is!!
I usually fast Monday and Thursday.

Pom = pomegranate?
Oh well, after all that I found some fruit that was getting a bit too ripe so I ate it before it became inedible. Total cals today - 450.
Hello everyone! I'm checking in late today again. Fasted as usual, only water and tea before 7 and a small dinner tonight!

I feel like I'm really grooving with this WOL, one big change has been how I just glide through the day without eating at all... it'll be 2 pm and I'll think what time is it, such a marker it is to eat lunch at noon I seem to be losing all track of time on my fast days! Also, I tend not to be so hungry on my eating days... good changes!

Second fast almost done. I still have my protein shake ( chocolate/ peanut butter yum) left but I am trying to wait as close to bed as possible. I was able to wait until 3 pm until I had some miso soup, right after I did my weight lifting. I then had tuna on toast around 5:30.

I would say a really positive fasting day. I have a loss on the scale but I am waiting until Friday to log my weight.

I had the most wonderful fast day today. I have been a very bad girl the past few weeks. I could not complete one fast and I ate the white stuff constantly. I really thought it was the end of 52 for me. But I'm back today and it feels great!
Well done Claire! That is how I felt this morning when I woke up after fasting yesterday. And the thing is, I don't want to stuff myself stupid (although I am looking forward to lunch!) I really do love this WOE.
