Ok so I'm well ahead of time, but I NEEEEED a fast.

I've reached my target weight, & it's the last day of my holidays ...... the combination means that I've eaten & drunk tooooo much.

I know why, & I understand, & I would do the same again ............... but BOY do I need a fast!

So I haven't even gone to bed but I want to be tomorrow
Over the weekend I have tried to consume the entire contents of my fridge, pantry and wine rack. Now I've woken up hungry!! But the sun is out and it's a beautiful day so bring on the fasting.
All the best everyone would love to be in it today but have already succumbed but am feeding a cold so have a good excuse. Good fasting all
I'll be in when it's morning, usual liquid fast
I'm also in the fasting day way today. I too feel a little wobbly today.
I'm treating an eye infection and boosting my immunity for an overseas trip. Like wine oclock and others here I have allowed myself to devour all food that has come my way. We had the grandkids for 3 nights and thus, assorted food they would eat, came past my mouth! Roast chook, meat pies, chips, lollies, cordial, ice-cream!!!
And now that I review this list of foods that were desirable, we-ell, I can see why we like them...salty, fatty and sweet!
Extreme salt, sweet and fat flavours...hmmmm. Awful stuff, but after too many 'nos' to veges, pasta sauce, fruit, carrot sticks, you know, our good food options, you think, 'can't have them hungry...' Ah, well, there was apple, banana, sardine, good bread and weetbix. Milk and yoghurt. Phew.
Now, to enjoy today and the less food focus.
I'm in today. Lemsips, herbal teas and coke zero to get me through until about 6 when I shall have an early dinner of soup and then an early night. Good luck everyone.
I'm in. DH has being doing the fasts with me but he hasn't lost weight. He hasn't read the book and he doesn't read the forum. He doesn't believe he can go without his usual breakfast of a big bowl of muesli, full of nuts and dried fruit. Last night I said to him, if you want to lose weight, try to put off having breakfast. So he is. We've got to 10am and he's off outside now to feed the chooks. It's going to be a long day!
I am probably in. It really depend how I feel tomorrow morning. I had my first fast yesterday to see how I would feel and while I was hungry all night, it was not too bad. I hoped to have more than one feast day between fast day but looking at how my week look like, Monday would be best.
Wow Yanicka, you look so good in your pic (in a non pervy way lol)

Keep going everyone, it is lunchtime in Australia, feeling a bit peckish but also feel like I really need this fast!
Thank you. It was before I enjoyed myself a bit too much this summer lol.

Going to bed soon and by the time I get up you will be almost done. Courage ;)
Me too. Got this far today without major stress, despite having a cold. (it's 12.45pm). Will have a nanna nap shortly (cos I can!), that will pass the time til dinner!!
That's true Yanicka! Good luck tomorrow when you wake up.
Debs, know what you mean I'm feeling poorly too. Get better soon!!
And you Lil!!
I'm here too!
My sister is up from Melbourne, so it's a bit strange not eating with her today but she has decided to join me in a vege stir fry with a little sprinkled goat cheese for dinner!
We've been for a swim so roll on dinner time.
tomorrow we'll have a nice lunch out.
I am in! It's week 2 and my 3rd fast day. Still experimenting, but might stick to two meals a day (breakfast and dinner), because my body is very used to breakfast and I think I can work better on it. This morning it is a smoothie of spinach, cucumber, celery stalks, an apple and half a lemon. Plus a boiled egg next to it. About 175 cals in total.

Funny to see how the fast days lapse: the Aussies start, then Europe joins in and then finally America.
