I'm in too! Not eating till dinner... but not really eating until tomorrow. Doing M-W-F again this week, as I'm encouraged by trying on clothes this past weekend.. and almost fitting in some things that I could long ago. Feeling like I'm losing here and there... so nice!

Will really eat on Tuesday and Thursday.

I also had an extravagant weekend, with much yumminess... including trying a new restaurant on their first night (some kinks to work out, but truly gourmet) - with homemade pasta... yum, but nothing like that today - it's just tea today, and a very light dinner later.

I'm in today. Doesn't seem to be many of us yet. I have a week of normality before family arrive for a couple of weeks. No chance of fasting then. Feeling fresh this morning, weather that is, as we had a downpour during the night which was lovely after all the heat.

I'm in. Feel like I'm starting again as I tried just 16:8 for a while then had a failed fast last week after a difficult day. Determined to make this my woe and won't be checking the scales for a while. Will still skip breakfast on eating days to compensate for excesses!

First fast of the week for me. Cloudy day in central Scotland. Day off work but lots of "housey" stuff to do to keep me occupied. Looking forward to a vegetarian omelette for dinner. Hope you all have a good day and those of you "down under" have enjoyed a lovely dinner! X
I'm in today too. After a difficult week last week, when I didn't lose or gain, I've dropped a pound this morning.
Mini goal: lose another 6lbs in 4 weeks.
I am here, and just off to work. First fast of the week. So hope I loose some weight this week ;)
I'm in for my usual Monday fast. Big jump in post-weekend weight this morning. I did eat quite a lot but nothing horrendous and also ran 8 miles yesterday - a long distance for me - and legs feel a bit stiff today so some of the weight is probably caused by water retention in recovering muscles.
Good Morning, I'm in too. I'm switching to Monday and Wednesday as I have a Blood donor session on Thurday.
I had a very lazy day yesterday, I only managed 5,800 steps so I need to get myself moving today to make up for it.
I'll have some leftover roast chicken and salad for dinner, and save as many calories as possible for some raspberries from the garden.

I'm in today. Will be busy working in sunny Lancashire so shouldn't be too bad. Had a food and wine packed weekend so need to get back on the case!
I'm back after a few weeks. Looking forward to a swim and a walk, hope the showers stay away for long enough. Good luck everyone.
Hello everyone my OH & I are in today back in the routine after our holiday a couple of weeks ago. I'm off to do washing & ironing to keep me busy. We will eat this evening so just drinks of coffee & water until supper time. I would love to lose a couple of pounds this week so I will monitor what I am eating more carefully although chilled white wine & mini Magnum ice cream are tempting with it still being warm.

Morning all (or afternoon, or evening to some of you!) It's Monday, Wednesday and Friday for me too this week, I have a fairly uneventful week ahead so hoping it'll be easy-ish this week :smile: Good luck fellow fasters :clover:
I'm in, I think I'm going to do Monday and Wednesday this week because we are off on hols on Wednesday so I want to get both fasts in, after that we are staying with my grandparents for a few days so fasting will be hard.

Yes count me in today I'm off to get my hair done shortly and won't be able to fit my walk in which is a pity because it acts as a suppressant for me !!! I suppose I could have got up 7am instead of 8-30 but truthfully I'm not that obsessed. Good luck all :clover: Sue :like:
Hello Monday fasters, think my stomach is looking forward to today's fast after the feasting weekend I've had. Amazingly no weight gain, result!
