Getting through pretty well though have had 3 teas with small amount of milk and a cup of raw vege, have felt very hungry but that's to be expected as I massively over ate last week sadly. Anyway, onwards and upwards, have a lovely low cal vege soup bubbling away on the stove for dinner and snacks on fasting days.

Keep going fasters!!
Hi everyone! I'm checking in too
My fasting day is just about over down under! Changed my days this week to suit work commitments. Last week prior to holidays so better be a good one!
I'm really not feeling it today. It's too early to be this hungry and I have a headache. I guess I will try to have lots of fluids and be kind to myself (and my husband).

I don't have set days for fasting, so I'm not in very Monday.
I'm in today too. My husband and one of my friends are joining me in 5:2ing. The support makes such a difference. The physical part of fasting couldn't be easier and I know mentally it will be easy once I overcome my doubts and fears. After all, what's the worst thing that can happen? I am at the start of a one month holiday, travelling here there and everywhere. My strategy is going to be to offer to prepare the evening meal. My husband and I weighed ourselves last Friday. The good news is that my weight has held rock solid steady for a year now. I'm only at the top end of healthy. I will be overjoyed to let go of one pound a month stretched out over two years especially if that gives me the time to fully embrace healthy exercise and eating habits. Good luck today everyone!
I'm in today. My 'starting weight' this week is a couple of pounds heavier than it was at the start of last week. I don't think I over-ate on non-fast days although I had a few bits of cake as it was my dad's birthday. Last week I hit an all-time low weight, (well, at least in terms of the last few years) so I'm hoping it won't take too long to get back there...

I was at my lowest ever (as an adult) last week too. This week I'm up about 2 lbs. No biggie, I think I'm ovulating and my cycle really messes with things. Next week my weight will be different again!
Hi gang! Hoping for a good fast day today as it might be my only one this week. On Thursday I'm taking part in the opening ceremony of teh World Police and Fire Games, and I'd rather have some healthy snacks to get me through that long day. So I MIGHT fast on wednesday, but will see how I feel.

My husband is keen for us to eat together, so we've been exploring things we could cook to share. Tonight we're trying some of the new Love Veg range from Sainsburys - the little kievs are 116 calories each, so I'm looking forward to 2 or 3 of those with a salad after my zumba class.
OH and I are in today, we are both feeling encouraged after todays weigh in. And it turns out I have mislaid 10cm from my waist since starting 1 month ago!! We are doing various activities today to keep busy, and a light dinner tonight. Good luck everyone!
Morning Monday Fasters week 5 for me and I feel like I am really into this WOL now. Weight is slowly coming down which is a bonus but I feel so much better and don't want to eat as much as before on eating days. The thought that I can eat anything I like tomorrow spurs me on as I always find a Monday harder than my Thursday fast for some reason. Keep focused fasters and have a good day :0)
My husband and I are in today. I'm maintaining (hopefully) but he still has a few pounds to go, so I am keeping him company (on track, actually!).

I'm off into the garden before the rain arrives - you can't eat and weed at the same time, luckily for me! Then things to do on the computer - I can't type and eat at the same time either!

Good luck to all today! Keep busy! Onwards and downwards!
My husband and I did the diet in preparation for our holiday to Italy as we knew we would be eating lots of yummy food. We came home a few lbs heavier but could not get out of the holiday wine o clock (4pm) and nibbles before dinner. We have just realised that it is only 6weeks to our holiday in Kos and I think that is the wake up call we both needed so today it the day. Wish us luck as we say goodbye to the holiday flab and hello to the new tummy. X
I'm in :) I have worked out that having a fast day when on school holiday is fine! Family don't notice when I skip breakfast, and not joining in at lunchtime doesn't seem a problem, and then I have the same (ish!) evening meal as everyone else.

I feel very positive today!
We are in too. First fast after being 2 weeks off on holidays. Also first day back at work so very busy.

Already hungry must be because our rhythm was all over the place for the last couple of weeks.
