NO one here yet? I am fasting today. We had a difficult emotionally charged day yesterday and I feel like comfort eating: toast and peanut butter, puddings, hot chocolate. You get the picture. Luckily my last weigh in was encouraging so I will keep on.
It is 7:32 PM on Sunday here in KY -- but I will be joining you on Monday!
i hope your fast day goes well!
Yeah, I'm here. I'm always here on Mondays. Not a bad day here in melbourne. We're expecting 19 deg C!
Im always here on Mondays too. Bit late as I had to actually do some work when I first arrived in the office instead of logging in here!! :curse: Well best get back to it. Have a good Monday everyone.
I was in bed all day yesterday (just a cold, I think), so we'll see how today goes. My throat is a bit scratchy, so I'll want to drink tea all day. It may work out ok.
I'm in! I need to get on track again after two weeks of excesses. It has been hard to eat normally on non-fast days, with family visiting and going with them to my favorite restaurants.
Hugs to you Sallyo.

It's a gorgeous sunny morning and I'm planning on doing some gardening so hope it stays that way. Had a lovely eating day yesterday so will enjoy fasting today I think!

Wishing everyone a successful day, whatever you're doing!
Yes I'm in today. Just back from a gorgeous sunny morning walk and wahoo already 8200 steps walked today.

Not sure what plan is today for eating but I know it will all come together okay.

Keep up the great effort everyone :like:
I'm cat-sitting in the beautiful blue mountains of NSW Oz. The trees had a vigorous blustery wind through them this morning but are still and serene now.
I will be doing erratic fasts this week, as I have social events every day. So I intend to have a miso soup, some milk in tea and coffee and a spoon of yoghurt until my next social meal rolls up. Not sure if this has a name in the 5:2 parlance? :clover:
Welcome to the Blue Mountains @Sandcastle. Not a bad place to be
Sorry to hear things are difficult Sallyo.
Something I've found about losing weight is that even if other things in life aren't great at the moment, the fabulousness of getting lighter gives you a lift!
I've been for a swim this morning and now checking in here before going to visit my Mum.
Wishing a good fast to everyone.
After a week off (just couldn't get into it last week so gave myself a break) I'm here and WILL stick to my fast today!

Happy fasting all!!
I'm in as well. Hope to finally get off my plateau this week. Well, the only thing is to plod on, I guess. Good luck to all of you.
I am in today. Didn't get my second in on Sunday as planned so will do Monday, Wednesday, Friday instead. Nothing to be eaten until tonight when I will have salad with chicken tonight. Can't wait!
I'm back after 3 weeks of family visits, same as shoe gal. It is so good to see them and to spoil them with all our lovely regional foods. No real excuse, though, pigged out and loved it, so very ready to start again. It's been very hot here, 40 degrees, so think I'll aim for a big salad with some protein tonight. Have a feeling this first fast back in the groove may be difficult, got to get the old body under control again.
Off for a swim now, have a good fast day, everyone
