Count me in and WOW, do I need it! Yesterday was a total blowout! Got up and went to boot camp this morning hoping to burn off some of the damage.

I'm in today but struggling - tired, grumpy and too much work to do but the brain isn't working very well - oh well.

Yes, I'm in today! Woke up feeling slim, so that is great motivation! I would like to lose again, I seem to lose 3 lbs, plateau for 3 weeks, and then lose again.

Start of my 4th week and lost 7 lbs so far :) Had fun with some choc buttercream cake yesterday (sorry :oops: ) and ready to get the first of my 4:3 for the week under my belt :grin: Good fasting everybody! :wink:

Just had water, herbal tea & 2 coffees so far.

Yes here with you guys and girls.... enjoying another happy Fast Monday.

It may be worth mentioning that these fast days are giving me the opportunity to taste different brews and roasts of coffee. I find this an added bonus that I take such pleasure in making choices on my black cup of coffee treat on my fast days :cool:
BruceE and I are in today as well, our first normal week in a bit. We had a holiday in Paris, and then last week he was out on business at a conference in Vancouver.

Here's what we're having for dinner tonight (the green salad will be bigger):

Yes, we miss the food in Paris very much! We were tempted to be good and skip at least two breakfasts a week, but it was simply not possible. We did walk so much that I only gained 1 pound - a shockingly small sum considering how very naughty we were indeed. I'm hoping today's fast day brings me back down to where I was before the trip.
I am in AND it is my FIRST fast day!! I am excited and nervous. It is now 11am US time here, and I've only had a 90-cal bowl of low carb cereal with 30-cal almond milk. Someone at work is making cinnamon toast and the smell is KILLING me but I think I will survive :) Will try to drink water and maybe have a 45-cal fruit snack until Dinner, which will be a crab cake and strawberries :)
In today & doing better then usual. But just made toast & jam for kids - that was a very tricky few mins, had to hold the counter for support before I slipped on my own saliva! Damn why does toast smell so good?

Yes, I very rarely have hunger so bad it feels a little nauseous - had that this morning so I had a cup of Bovril, which sirted it out. I'm feeling really sleepy this afternoon, though.
2nd fast day and very excited to get on with it. Found a Morning Star 3 bean frozen chili with 170 calories. Looking forward to digging in this evening. I've dragged in a partner in crime in my office and that is making us both very honest.
Am going to hold of weighing in until Friday morning but I can't wait to see if there is a budge in the scales.

I skipped breakfast and now it is so late that I will make this my last fast day for a while. Away on my hols later this week and will not be fasting whilst there. Want to enjoy the whole Sardinian experience, and a lot of that will be centred around food. I am not miles away from my target weight so will not be upset by a gain, especially as I know how to make it go away now! :smile: my best friend has given me a load of clothes that are too small for her, but now fit me, and as she has great clothes sense I have a whole load of lovely holiday clothes to wear! I am hoping she will join us on 5.2 (but she's not getting her clothes back!!) :grin: they're mine!

Hi everyone, I'm in today as well. My last Fast Day was Wednesday which seems ages ago now! Thinking of doing 4:3 this week but will do Monday and Wednesday first and see how I feel about Friday later in the week. It's late afternoon here so I'm starting to think about my meal. The kids and I are making homemade pizza and I've worked out toppings etc to fit into my 500 calories :victory:
Coming near the end of my work day. Thankfully. First fast after holiday and struggling a little bit today. Hope OH is doing better.
