It's 2PM here and I don't want to speak too soon but this is the easiest fast I've done so far in 7 weeks! And I have to say I think it's because all I've drank is one coffee with a dash of milk and the rest of the day, herbal teas. Normally I drink fizzy drinks (diet) and 3 or 4 cups of coffee thinking that they are helping to reduce my hunger but I think they were actually increasing my hunger in the long run.
Anyway I am not 'dying' of hunger today (maybe it's because I ate so much yesterday but I don't think so because that normally makes me hungrier the next day) so I am looking forward to a nice salad tonight as I am trying to avoid carbs. What can I add to make it satisfying though?
