I'm in.

I had a bit of a carbs binge on Friday, the day after my last fast. Now I've put a kilo back on and my body fat's up again :-(

I'm going to behave better this week.
I'm in, normal Monday fast for me, looking forward to it (it's 7.50 am here) back to work!

@Julianna and @chriso57 congrats on the wedding anniversaries. Enjoy the celebrations.
Been taste testing Sons chilli con carne that I have saved after he burnt it on the bottom of the pan. Sheer torture to try to taste just a little bit. :frown:
Succumbed to toast and a teaspoon of jam this morning, as I was feeling a bit dizzy. That's got my hunger juices going, but at least I know my blood sugar has hat its boost so it's easier to ignore.

Planning tuna pasta with 250 cals this evening, leaving me with 125 spare, which is nice.
Joining in with the merry Monday fasters - can't believe it's September already! Still on holiday with my 5:2 fasting friend, but neither of us feels as if we are on a diet as such because we're basically eating what we like, but not going for a second helping!
I'm in!

Morning all :) I'm in!

Congratulations to those celebrating wedding anniversaries.

Hope all those teachers and TAs having inset days have days that go smoothly - wouldn't schools be easier places without children!!?! Just kidding - I can't wait to see them all again :)
Hello, I'm having my very first fast today :like: My sister recently had good results with this do I downloaded the book over the weekend - having read it through this sounds like my ideal way of eating and I am looking forward to being a few weeks down the line.
I'm going for the ready meal option today with a ww soup for lunch and a ww frozen dinner - kids don't go back to school till Thursday which will be my next fast day so will have more time for myself then
I'm in today, late on the forum. I've got the lurgy. OH is cooking a mushroom omelette for dinner and we can have a piece of toast with no butter. Well, just a scrape maybe. An yes, Doodle, schools without children, what a breeze it would be to be a teacher, how creative you could be, how much fun to plan imaginary lessons.....
Three and a half hours till exercise. Four hours till dinner. Guess which one I'm most looking forward too.
