Baking some salmon to have for dinner with lots of salad and maybe a couple of small new potatoes.
Time for more water I think.

Definitely! I went horse riding this afternoon, so have just had a shower which used up some time! Oh, and got rid of the horsy smell which doesn't half cling to my hair!
Tummy now rumbling. Planning bacon and egg with mushrooms and a few fried tomatoes that were overripe in the greenhouse. What a norty fast day dinner
It went ok I think, I had an apple and a cup a soup to tide me over until about 3:30 then went out for a walk. I was feeling really lethargic by then. I had a ready meal and a low fat dessert for dinner, plus extra veg. I was so happy to eat!
Think I probably went over by about 50 calories but I did it. I have a terrible headache though, and I'm going to bed with my stomach rumbling. Good to be here.
Congrats on completing your first fast day, it's always the hardest one.
I've just finished fast number 6 and still really loving 5:2
