I am struggling as well @sallyo - I have been awake since 4.00am this morning and have already had three cups of coffee.
I am Fasting but will just take it an hour at a time - I have some delicious peaches and strawberries to eat if I am hungry.

A going to bed a tad on the hungry side - but all this means is that I've won the internal battle with myself about scoffing something nice (i.e. chocolate!). Honestly, the wrangle has been going on for about the past 2 & a half hours..............grrrrr!

I have been a bit all over the place lately as I've had two one week holidays close together ( lucky me!)
Just back yesterday from Lord Howe Island- lots of swimming and snorkelling and some walking.
We ate out every night and most lunches so I have not yet weighed myself on return- I'll do it tomorrow after today's fast!
I've not yet lost all the December/January damage, and now with the hols as well I'll be back to 2 fasts a week for a while. I had been doing one fast and 2 or 3 16:8 days for a month or two for a break.
I just realised my 1 year fastiversary is up so I feel very pleased to still be here, and about 12kgs lighter!
Sorry for the long post, roll on stir fry veges and fruit for dinner around 6pm. Have a good fast day everyone.

Isn't Lord Howe gorgeous @gigi55? We have been there twice now, a lot of walking and eating fish! Last time we climbed Mt Gower, I couldn't walk for a week!!! Where did you stay?
We went with 5 friends and stayed at Blue Lagoon which we loved. So handy for everything. My favourite thing was swimming with the turtles- I swam for about 5 minutes alongside one at Old Settlers Beach.

Sorry to hear about everyone who's gaining/staying put. I've put on 0.2lb since Friday but that's a smaller amount than I was expecting..my parents seem to think that the cure for a broken heart is eating in fancy restaurants!!!

I am in today today getting back to it after a week away in Devon (yes did have a cream tea or 2!!) I was pleasantly surprised when I got on the scales this morning after not weighing myself since before we went away to find that my true weight has gone down by 0.6lbs (sorry all you guys who are gaining or staying the same) I like to use the true weight figure as I can fluctuate a few pounds in a week and my Monday weight is always more than my Friday weight. I feel that as long as my figure on my true weight app is going down even slowly then i am happy and don't have to worry about the individual days weights.
